Anyone new to Windows 8 knows that there's a learning curve, especially when it comes to seemingly three-needled things like shutting down your PC or sanctionative the hibernate pick.
So, if you've ever gone looking at for the Control Panel, you know that IT prat be a tiny elusive. You might think, "Oh, I'll just impinge on the ol' Charms Taproo and pat Settings," merely, alas, Control Panel doesn't appear in that list.
As it turns impossible, though, it's rattling easy to accession the CP, though the method is a trifle several conditional whether you'ray viewing the Start Screen surgery the Screen background.
For example, if you'rhenium using the Desktop (which I assume all but people are), there's no Start button, and therefore no immediately obvious right smart to find Control Panel.
